Joe spent thirty-two (32) years with Allright Parking and retired from the position of Vice President. Joe is
a seasoned parking professional that is highly qualified to efficiently manage and operate multi-level parking facilities. Joe began his extensive career with Allright in 1967 as a Parking lot attendant and worked his way through the ranks holding several managerial positions including Garage
Manager, City Supervisor and General Manager.

 Sandra Moore Jones
Vice President
Sandra joined Premier System Parking in June of 2000. Sandra is not new to the parking business. As the daughter of the founder, she has been in and around the parking business all of her life.
Sandra worked as a parking attendant for Allright Parking during summers and holidays where she gained valuable knowledge of the parking industry. In her business career, she has gained a vast knowledge of work experience in such positions as Reconciliation Clerk with First Tennessee Bank, telephone sales at Olan Mills and Head Cashier at First Tennessee Bank. Prior to joining PSP, Sandra was the Office Manager for Revelation Corporation of America.

 Ester Neal
Executive Assistant
Ester joined Premier System Parking in July of 1999; bringing with her a wealth of experience and knowledge of the parking business. Ester headed the Accounting and Bookkeeping Division of Allright System Parking for over twenty-five (25) years.
Accurate accounting and bookkeeping is essential for any company to succeed. Ester is the primary reason for Premier System Parking having accurate records. She ensures the accuracy of exact bookkeeping and account maintenance for all of our locations. In addition, she is capable of effectively managing all aspects of garage accounting as she has done for the majority of her professional career.
