Premier System Parking, Inc. (PSP) began operations on
June 1, 1999. Within the first ten months of operation, PSP was successfully managing
or operating more than 10 parking lots and/or garages in the downtown area.
Premier is a minority-owned parking
company that offers a hands-on approach to management. Joe Moore, its founder and
CEO, has over thirty-two (32) years of parking experience. He is totally committed
to ensuring that each client receives the best service possible.
Currently, Premier Parking manages twenty-five (25) parking locations in the Memphis metropolitan area and has over (40) employees
